The “Bourne Free Trust Fund” is now launched and provides funds from fundraising activities that have taken place at Bourne Free Pride Festival or throughout the year to individuals that aim to help others in the LGBT community.
The Bourne Free Pride Trustees and Committee are passionate about helping people, young or old, and aim to empower members of the public to help others that may be in need from time to time. Bourne Free Pride have for many years wanted to set up a trust fund that provides funding to individuals that want to help others in the community or that want to help raise funds for charities, like Bourne Free.
Through the Bourne Free Trust fund, any person who lives, works, or goes to college or university in Bournemouth or further afield (but within Dorset) can apply for a grant of up to £100 for any activity or project aimed at helping others in the LGBT community – this can include fundraising events for charities including Bourne Free.
The first round of applications for the Fund will open in September, and close on 30th November, with successful applicants notified at the beginning of January the following year. If you are interested in applying please read the Guidelines and Terms & Conditions before you complete an Application Form. If you have any questions, or would like to talk to someone before applying, please contact
